No, it is not compulsory to get registered for placing an order. You can order all items you are interested in without creating an account. If you chose to get registered before the purchase, you can memorize your data and have access to your personal area and check the status of your orders.

Registration: how to proceed?

In order to get registered on click on the "Login" link you find on the top right. Fill in the form and end the registration by clicking on “Register”. In this way you will enter the world of Axo Sport.

Personal data: is it possible to modify them?

If you are already registered you can modify your data directly from your personal area. Click on "Login" on the top right, enter login and password and change the data of your profile.

Password forgotten: how can I get it back?

If you forgot your password click on the appropriate link by entering you e-mail address. The system will let you have a new one by sending an automatic message.

How can I order on

If you find what you need, select the quantity and the size on the product chart and add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart". If you choose to buy more items click on “continue your shopping”. On the other hand, if you want to end your order click "Purchase". On the cart page you will be allowed to: add or delete items. At the end of the purchase you will be redirected to a page summarizing the order and you will get an e-mail confirming your purchase.

Order: how long will take the goods to get delivered?

Normally, if the items are available, 5-7 working days are enough to get the goods. It depends on the country and on the forwarder. We will try to be as fast as possible.

Discount code: how can I use it?

If you have a discount code you can enter it on the dedicated space there is in your cart.

Payment: what are the methods?

Axo Sport allows payments by credit card or PayPal.

Is the payment by credit card secure?

You can pay with all the cards which have the Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron logo. Axo Sport also accepts rechargeable credit cards and Maestro cards operating in the Visa and MasterCard circuit. What do I have to do if I did not get the payment confirmation?

If you have not received the e-mail confirming the payment by CartaSì yet, your payment probably did not get through. You will be contacted by our customer service which will inform you about that. You will be asked to proceed with the payment again in the case you are still interested in receiving the goods.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

You can check the status of your shipment through the link you got by e-mail.

Delivery delay: what can I do?

Axo Sport works in order to respect delivery terms. If you have not received your goods yet, we suggest you to check the status on your personal area (you can have access by logging in). In the case your order has not been shipped out yet, you will be contacted by our customer service in order to solve eventual problems concerning the delivery. In the case the order has already been shipped out, you can track it on line on the forwarder website through the link on the e-mail we have sent you when the goods left our warehouse.

The forwarder came but I was not there, what can I do?

Each time the forwarder is not able to deliver the goods, it drop off the parcel at the local branch and let Axo Sport know it by e-mail. Our staff will e-mail you in order to solve the problem and agree a new delivery.

I indicated a wrong delivery address, is it possible to change it?

Let us know the new delivery address. If the parcel has already been took in charge by the forwarder we cannot grant it will be sent to the new address. On the other hand, if the order is still under process we will ship it to the new address. In any case, please refer to our customer care.

I ordered the wrong size, how can I change it?

If the order is still under process just let us know the correct size and we will change it accordingly. . On the other hand, if the parcel has already been took in charge by the forwarder you will have to return the goods once you have received them.

I indicated a wrong address during the purchasing procedure, what do I have to do?

If the address you indicated at the moment of the purchase is not correct, for sure you won’t have received our sales and shipment confirmation. If the goods have not been sent, let us have the correct address.

Return of the goods: how much time do I have?

Once you get the goods you will have 10 (ten) days – according to law – to get them back without problems. You have to declare your intention of returning the goods within this delay; you can inform us about that by e-mail by indicating the order number and the reason why you want to return the goods.
