1. How can I pay?
The only way to buy on this web site is through credit card, the easier and safer  way to pay. As soon as we receive the green light from your bank, we despatch the goods as quickly as possible. Please note that we will effectively check the availability of the ordered item only after receiving your payment. Anyway the stock list is constantly updated. We accept Visa and Mastercard (Eurocard).

2. What happened if the item I ordered is not available?
We will contact you to propose alternatives (different colours or models) or to give you back your money, if nothing else satisfy you. Make sure to subscribe with a frequently used e-mail, as this will be the only way to be in contact with you.

3. When will I receive my order?
If goods are available, it will generally takes 5-7 working days to receive your order, depending on countries and curriers. We will be always trying to be as quicker as we can.

4. What’s the period to exchange or return goods? How do I do this?
Within a few minutes after making your order you will receive an order confirmation by e- mail. In case you want to change or cancel something, write us an e-mail immediately indicating your order’s number.

Once you receive the goods you have 10 (ten) days - by law - in which you can return them without any problem. You must send notice of your intention to return goods within this period; you can send notice to us by e-mail indicating your order’s number and the reason for which you refuse the goods.
After receiving our instructions, please send us back the goods. The shipping is at your cost.
