ANTONIO CAIROLI

After two superb victories Tony Cairoli had to face a difficult GP in Spain, on the track where he won last year his first GP on a KTM 450. Sixth in the qualifying heat, the eight time World Champion had a bad jump out of the gate in both manche on Sunday. In the first moto he was able to recover to the fifth position, then in the second, after some very fast laps he crashed, hitting hard the ground and managing to finish the race ninth, seventh overall.

GLENN COLDENHOFF

After a good qualifying race on Saturday, ended in tenth position, the Dutch rider wasn't able to finish the first moto on Sunday, due to some electrical issue on his bike. In the second moto he scored 10 points, ending a tough race in eleventh position, on the tricky Spanish track.

GIANLUCA FACCHETTI

Second podium in a row for Facchetti and first victory in 125! With two good manche, ended in second and third place, Gianluca scored 44 points, grabbing the second step of the podium, before the winner was disqualified and he move to the first. Now Facchetti is fourth in the standings with 99 points, one only from the third place.

HENRY JACOBI

Tough race in Spain for the MX2 rider of the JTech team, that after being 16th. on Saturdays qualifying race was only 22nd. and 21st. in the two Sunday's heats, struggling to find the pace on the hard pack.

EMX 250
NICK KOUWENBERG

Grand Prix of Spain to be forgot for the European 250 Champion. The Dutch rider crashed hard on Saturday's race, ending with a DNF and wasn't able to keep the rythm after a good start on Sunday. For him only 10 points and the 15th. final place in  Talavera de la Reina.

FILIPPO ZONTA

No points for Filippo Zonta in Spain, another unlucky race for the Italian rider, that was never in the good mood during the weekend.
