MXGP, SBK AND INTERNAZIONALI D’ITALIA SUPERMOTO: NOTHING VENTURED NOTHING GAINED

May 24, 2015

As every color stands for a different feeling, Red can be related to passion, excitement and self awareness. Talking about passion and excitement, Motocross fans can’t never get enough of it, but for all that concerns self awareness our champion Antonio Cairoli Red Bull KTM Factory Racing showed once again what that is all about during this weekend at the MXGP of Great Britain in Matterley Basin.

It’s well known that Tony has his very own style and his special instinct, so, once he showed up last week during the GP in Spain, Talavera, with our Dyemax Red Suit we all knew that something new was about to happen.

After this weekend in Matterley Basin, all predictions have been again confirmed with Tony’s second GP win in a row with his new 450cc bike. Second on the podium was Rockstar Suzuki Clement Desalle and third the French Yamaha Factory Racing Romain Febvre.

But the racing weekend didn’t finish in Matterley Basin as Superbike was “on air” a couple of hours away from there in Donington. Here both race 1 and race 2 have been captained by Tom Sykes followed by Jonathan Rea and Chaz Davies. Sylvain Guintoli reached a decent result on race 1 arriving 8th while Niccolò Canepa arrived 15th on the 1st race and retired on the second.

At the same time in Italy the Internazionali d’Italia of Supermoto were on in Pomposa. There our rider Elia Sammartin and Ivan Lazzarini arrived 5th and 13th on the second race while on the first race they pretty much inverted their position arriving 14th and 4th. Thomas Chareyre was leading race2, Marc Schmidt was second and Andrea Occhini third.
