The brief was: highest possible protection, no matter what, plus a clean, no-frills design. Basically, we followed a form-follows-function design approach and what you see is strictly the outcome of what is needed to protect the user’s body. Whether you like it or not, that’s up to anyone’s personal taste, whether it works or not, it is definitely a matter of scientific testing. And we got our home works done there.

The whole series got the European Community (CE) stamp of approval. It is a difficult-to-get, long-to-achieve “degree” you need to go through if you want that small but important label on your products. But if there is something that everybody here has clear in mind is that riders’ safety is what it counts. We strive to protect bike enthusiasts and that’s pretty much all we need to say.”
