Warner Bros. Consumer Products announces a partnership with Axo Sport to launch a line of helmets inspired by the wonderful world of cartoons

Milan, March 2011 – The licensing agreement between AXO Sport, company specialized in manufacturing footwear, apparel, protectors and accessories for motorcyclists, and Warner Bros. Consumer Products is official: the funny Looney Tunes, Batman and Superman will star in a new line of open face helmets.

The new AXO Glory WB helmet will feature original designs inspired by the world of DC Comics superheroes or Looney Tunes giving the feeling of wearing a really unique, funny, sweet or aggressive helmet depending on the chosen character. Each model was created by the collaboration between the AXO’s design team and the creative WBCP department, which works closely with the licensee during the product development and design process.

The partnership with AXO is an important project – says Maurizio Distefano, General Manager Italy and Warner Bros. Consumer Products’ Agent Markets – because it aims to bring the cartoon world to an older age bracket. The superheroes and the Looney Tunes merry band by Warner Bros. gladly lend their image to convey the importance of safety on the road on two wheels.

The AXO helmets, that portrait the sweet canary Tweety, and her mate Silvester Cat, the hurricane Taz, the mysterious Batman and the hero par excellence Superman, will be available this March at AXO selected.
