The Q Series is comprised of three models, Q2, Q4 and Q6. They share the same sole, shape and are built using the same materials (the Q6 actually uses a thicker, stronger leather). The Q2 has been designed for short weekend outings and/or for city cruising. It is slim and slick looking, offers good protection in a globally minimalistic package. Its bigger sibling, the Q4, sports the exact same features, with more leather to cover and protect the rider. It is ideally suitable for roaming the back roads in grace, style and comfort. If you want to ride longer and you can expect some mild off roading, look no further than the Q6. These boots come in a more protective package, tougher leather and sports MX-style buckles. Something like road-meets-offroad. Did we mention that all boots are totally waterproof and have been certified along the CE EN 13634:2002 regulations? In a nutshell, what does CE certification mean? There are set requirements to get that certification. Independent companies will test your products and will figure out scientifically whether or not your stuff complies with the relevant rules. To put things in perspective, the Q series had to go through several tests, as the following (among others): abrasion resistance, sole’s minimum thickness, cut resistance, sole’s transverse stiffness and leather's purity (presence of toxic substances). The end result is that you get a product that blends seamlessly good looks and great protection. In a formally certified package.
